About us
Settled in the heart of the mythic Rue de Rome in Paris for more than 25 years, the society BAROCO specialised in the string quartet is headed by Pierre BARTHEL, violin maker and expert.
The workshop quickly gained an international reputation further strengthened by the arrival of two new partners: Christophe LANDON, violin maker and expert in New York, and Andreas POST, violin maker and expert in Amsterdam.
Our team
Pierre Barthel is widely recognized today for his expertise in sound adjustment. He is consulted by leading French and international soloists, as well as renowned chamber music musicians and orchestras.
